Thank you for shopping at 1Stop1Shop. If there is an issue or error with your purchase, please feel free to contact us. We will do everything in our power to make it right. If you receive an item that is defective, we will replace the item for you or refund the item in full once the item is returned. If we cannot replace the item, we will refund the cost in full. On items that are defective, we will reimburse the buyer all shipping cost. Below is our customer service policy for all returns and refunds. Please be sure to review our return information below before sending items back. We are happy to provide refunds on items within 30 days of delivery date. Please be advised that we do not reimburse shipping cost for returned items, nor do we reimburse any shipping cost that were incurred to ship the items. As long as the items are unopened and in their original packaging we will issue a refund. Any items returned used or out of their original packaging, will not be eligible for refund or return.
